Meat with olives and pine nuts
So fast and simple cook the meat in the North of Greece. If You decide to impress your guests at the dinner party – this recipe is fine. Will complete the picture of a delicious piece of meat in a special way prepared mashed potatoes – skordalia incredibly tender and delicious!

Ingredients

  • Veal

    8 piece

  • Green olives

    20 piece

  • Pine nuts

    5 Tbsp

  • Butter

    80 g

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Flour

    3 Tbsp

  • Parsley

  • Potatoes

    0.5 kg

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Olive oil

    100 ml

  • Garlic

    6 tooth

  • Spices

Slice the olives thin rings.

Nuts fry in a dry frying pan, about 2 minutes, stirring constantly.

Finely chop the parsley, add salt and pepper, drizzle with lemon juice. Mix thoroughly and leave to use.

On a flat dish, sift together the flour and salt. Roll the pieces of meat with 2 sides. In a pan heat butter and fry meat with 2 sides until cooked.

For mashed potatoes boil the vegetables with the parsley until tender.

Mash vegetables into a puree with 100 ml of olive oil and cloves mashed with salt garlic.

Meat put on a plate, top put the mixture of nuts and olives.
