Caramelized orange flan
Very tender and tasty dessert..

Ingredients

  • Milk

    500 ml

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Yolk egg

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    200 g

  • Orange

    1 piece

  • Lemon

In a saucepan put 120 g sugar, 1 tablespoon water and juice of 1/2 lemon. without disturbing, bring to a caramel state.

Distribute the caramel on the cookie cutter / 6 PCs.

Grate orange peel. squeeze the juice from the orange.

To warm milk. beat eggs until smooth, add sugar / 80 g / and yolks. beat until fluffy mass. add zest, orange juice and warm milk, mix well.

Pour the cream in the ramekins with the caramel. bake in a water bath in the oven at 180" - 40 minutes.

Allow to cool and refrigerate for 2 hours.
