Ingredients

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Sugar

    175 g

  • Honey

    300 g

  • Ginger

    1 tsp

  • Cinnamon

  • Oat flakes

  • Butter

    75 g

  • Milk

    300 ml

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Hazelnuts

    25 g

  • Leavening agent

    0.5 tsp

  • Cognac

    6 tsp

So, combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl. Spices take almost 1 tsp. turn on the oven at temp. 150 degrees.

Melt butter and mix with honey (175g). Whisk milk with eggs, add the mixture of butter and honey, stir.
