Description
For dessert, offer to bake a delicious banana cookies.
Ingredients

Honey

Cooking
Banana (1,5 pieces) whisk in a blender to pulp or mash well with a fork in a bowl.
Add to the banana puree sugar,
Liquid honey, stir gently until smooth.
Put the saucepan on a water bath. Heat the mixture until all the sugar is dissolved. Stir in the baking powder, wait until the mixture will increase in size and turn white, and remove from the water bath. Cool.
Gradually add sieved flour (flour need as much to get a plastic dough)
Knead the dough that does not stick to hands.
Roll out the dough in the seam, cut them in small rectangles on the edge of which lay in a Cup of banana. Connect the ends.
Protiven grease with vegetable oil (or sprinkle with water), put a cookie. Put on 7-10 minutes in the oven at 180C. Cookies baked quickly, not desiccate it.
The cookies at will and spread with honey and sprinkle with sugar
