Jam tart
Another recipe from my stash of quick and easy recipes (as I call it, for busy moms). Use it when you suddenly come visit, or just for tea nothing. The ingredients are simple-minded and usually always in stock. Tasty, not to say that it is a masterpiece, but it's definitely a lifesaver, and the taste is always different depending on the chosen jam. And yet, sometimes it just remains a jam, which is not desirable or suitable time to brew new, here is this recipe can also be handy.

Ingredients

  • Sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Milk

    100 g

  • Soda

    1 tsp

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Jam

    300 g

Cooking

1/2 Cup sugar beat 2 eggs and add 100g. milk and teaspoon soda.

Add 100g. oil 1.5-2 cups of flour and 200-300 gr. any jam. Flour and jam I always actually measure the eye, most importantly the consistency should be like thick cream.

Now we shift into pie form and bake for 60 minutes on medium heat. I have it usually 180 gr. Cooking time may depend on the oven, but in General, start to check after 50 min.

I often experiment with this pie: try different jams, different forms. I liked cherry.

By the way the color pie too, it turns out is always different, with a dark jam more intense.

With light lighter. In General, anyone can change the taste of the pie for themselves, for me it is such recipes and the like. Can try different jam, play with the number of sugar forms. I pictured 2 options: rectangular shape with cherry jam and a round cake pan with Apple, but with the addition of cherries cherry.
