Cooking
Almond grind in a blender
In a bowl with softened butter and add brown sugar TM"Mistral" and the vanilla sugar. Beat with a mixer until fluffy
Add the egg and beat until the sugar is dissolved
Add the flour and crushed almonds.
Fast! stir with a spoon until smooth. If stirred for a long time-the biscuits will turn out tough.
To isolate the resulting dough in the form of rings using a pastry bag with a serrated nozzle on the baking tray lined with parchment ( I have a Teflon sheet). Parchment grease is not necessary. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes (focus on your oven)until dry sticks and light Golden brown-do not desiccate. Rings are ready to transfer it to a plate, cool slightly and sprinkle with powdered sugar
