Cheese-curd cakes with paprika, oregano and onions
I offer simple but flavorful cakes made with cheese-curd.

  • Yeast

  • Sugar

  • Tomato paste

    0.66 Tbsp

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Paprika sweet

    0.25 tsp

  • Oregano

    0.5 tsp

  • Olive oil

The dough I usually get mixed up using the bread machine, but you can knead the dough in the usual way. In the bucket of a bread machine pour warm water, add dry yeast. Leave for 5-10 minutes.

Add the sifted flour, salt, sugar, soft butter.

Place the bucket in a bread machine, include the mode of kneading.

Give the dough to increase in volume by about 2-3 times.

While the dough rises, prepare the filling. Hard cheese rubbed on a coarse grater.

Onions clean, wash, finely cut into cubes.

In a bowl, combine cheese, cottage cheese, onion, tomato paste, paprika, oregano and olive oil.

The dough divide into 4 equal parts.

Roll each piece of dough into a circle with a diameter of about 20 cm.

Protiven grease with butter, spread it on the rolled tortillas, spread them over the filling, slightly receding from the edge of the tortillas.
