Perch sauce
Again I come to you with a fish! :-) Try to offer another option for cooking walleye. It turns out very delicate and crumbly.

Ingredients

  • Fish

    400 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • Dry white wine

    6 Tbsp

  • Lemon

    0.5 piece

  • Spices

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

  • Mayonnaise

    4 Tbsp

Cooking

Pike perch fillet, cut into slices, marinate with seasoning and salt, add the juice and lemon slices.

While the fish is marinating, saute the mushrooms, chop the onion.

Put the fish in a pan with thick walls. Sprinkle chopped onion and part of a stew of mushrooms, add wine, cover and simmer for 20 minutes.

To shift the fish in a baking dish. (I used a bowl for the microwave, it's glass and grease it, I did not.) If necessary the form can be lubricated with oil. Put the remaining mushrooms and add mayonnaise,

Bake in the oven until Golden brown about 10 minutes.

Can be served with a side dish or as a separate dish. Bon appetit!
