Description

Rice with squid
What turned out delicious this rice is!!! Crumbly, but not dry, fragrant, delicious. A husband who doesn't like rice, asked for additions. Frankly, I've never cooked squid, afraid that the long cooking they become "rubber& amp;quot;. But my fears were totally unfounded, squid turned out tender.

Cooking

step-0
Onion cut into strips, garlic also chop, fry in olive oil for a few minutes.
step-1
Add the chopped celery.
step-2
The bean sprouts.
step-3
Canned corn (can use frozen).
step-4
Chilli pepper cut into rings. I specifically cut, it's pretty sharp, I did not eat (but my husband was very happy!!!), therefore, cut coarsely, to make it easier to find. The figure of the strong sharpness of the pepper is not given, but you can do without it.
step-5
And add shredded squid. I had cleaned, but if not, then they need to be cleaned (in cold water it is very easy to do) and remove the insides, then rinse well. Fried squid is almost not necessary. Just all mix well.
step-6
Fall asleep washed rice. I had previously for 20 minutes poured cold water. Then the water is drained and washed rice again.
step-7
Pour all the boiled water (cold). The water should be at level 3 mm above the rice.
step-8
Add the soy sauce.
step-9
And balsamic vinegar. No salt, no pepper I added, I had enough soy sauce and vinegar. But the taste of salt may be added.
step-10
Now all you need to mix, bring to a boil over high heat, simmer for 3 minutes, then cover, reduce the heat to low and cook 30-35 minutes without removing the cover. Here's a pic I did.
step-11
Insanely flavorful, crumbly, not dry, delicious rice is ready! I ate it hot or cold.
