Stuffed potatoes with mushrooms
Here came the idea of preparing such potatoes. The family liked it :-) Try it and you!

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    7 piece

  • Mushrooms

    300 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Butter

    105 g

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt

Potato tubers wash, dry with a cloth.

Wrap each potato in foil.

And put in the oven. I put directly on the grill, bake it took me an hour.

While the potatoes are baking, finely chop the mushrooms and fry in vegetable oil with onions.

When the potato has finished baking, remove from oven and cut in half.

Pull out potato pulp with a teaspoon.

The pulp in a bowl and mash them with a fork, add butter (about 15-20 grams) and mushrooms, add salt and mix well.

Take each half and fill with this stuffing.
