In my binder are from magazines with recipes (in the days when there was no Internet) I found a wonderful recipe poppy seed cake! Very tasty! Suggest!
Knead the dough and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Poppy grind in a coffee grinder and brew a small amount of boiling water. I had poppy-seed filling (buy it by weight) Curd wipe through a sieve and mix with sugar, zest, lemon juice, 2 eggs, flour 50 grams of butter.
Form (I have 24 cm) grease with butter.

Bake the pie in the oven at 175*C for 60 minutes. Then remove it, brush with the beaten egg yolk and bake for another 10-15 minutes.
The cake is ready! TIP:​ Before you get the pie from the mold, it is desirable to cool it!​
