Put the dough on the work surface, lightly press down it, formed into a loaf and put into a form or any bowl (22 cm) with baking paper. Top cover with a towel and put in warm place to rise 2 - 2.5 times.

With a sharp knife to make on top of the cut bread, brush with very hot water and put the bread in a pre heated oven temp. 220 ° C for 10 min. after 10 minutes reduce temp. in the oven to 190-200 deg. C and bake until done about 30-35 minutes the bread can be baked with steam (I put 70 ml of boiling water in an iron bowl under the pan with the bread).
