Cooking
Cut the onion and simmer in butter over medium heat.Add salt and spices.
For the dough mix all dry ingredients, add oil and water. It took me 3/4 Cup water. Knead the dough.let go.
Beef stew until tender with a small amount of oil. Add the rice, nuts, grated without skin, tomato and spices. Stir.
Each fillet cut in half. In total we get 4 strips of fillet. Take a square piece of foil and grease with butter. Put the fillet strip, it is a sausage of minced beef. Twist the foil and semiplan.
Sausages in foil put in a deep pan , pour water and stew under a lid for about an hour. Allow to cool and expand.
Divide the dough into 4 pieces, roll out dovolnotaki.Spread the onion path, it is our sausage and top with onions.
Put the sausage in the dough on a greased baking sheet. I'm on top is slightly oiled. Cook in a preheated 160 degree oven until Browning.
And here is our delicious finally ready. Red tape is a lot, but it's worth it, well, very tasty! The recipe somewhere once found on the Internet...the original was called madrone... Bon appetit!
