Cooking
Cabbage disassemble on inflorescences, boil until tender in salted water, cool, chop small or mince.
The onion to cut, carrots on a large grater, saute in vegetable oil.
From yogurt, eggs, flour, baking soda, salt, pepper prepare the batter as for pancakes, adding the cabbage, zazharku, chopped greens.
