Recently I came to visit a friend who is watching her figure and count every calorie eaten. Had to cook for her easy and low calorie dish. Ate everything and didn't gain!!!

Cooking
Chicken breast rubbed with cumin, finely chopped garlic cloves, pour in 2 tbsp soy sauce Kikkoman. Cover with cling film and leave to marinate for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, the zucchini should be washed, cut in half and cut into strips.
In a heated with oil pan fry the chicken breast on all sides until it will turn brown. Put it on a plate and cover with foil.
In a skillet or frying pan, heat vegetable oil over high heat and fry the zucchini until it will turn brown.
Then add finely chopped garlic, tomatoes and soy sauce, Kikkoman and pepper, cover and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.
Chicken breast portions cut pieces, add chicken to vegetables and simmer for another 5 minutes.
