Pea cakes
Cakes made of Pease pudding with corn stuffing.

Ingredients

  • Peas

    250 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Flour

    4 Tbsp

  • Corn

    1 piece

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Bread crumbs

    4 Tbsp

  • Curry

  • Coriander

  • Paprika sweet

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

Cook pre-soaked beans to the puréed in salted water. Fry chopped onion and grated on a coarse grater carrots with spices. Mix fried with pea puree and allow to cool. In chilled mass add the egg, 3 tablespoons of flour and stir.

Boil the corn. To separate the grain.

Add softened butter and mix well.

Prepared from pea to form the meatballs. In the middle lay a teaspoon of oil, corn stuffing, fold and shape the pies.

Roll in breading mixture (4 tbsp breadcrumbs, 1 tbsp curry, 1 tbsp flour) and fry until Golden brown.
