Our family cauliflower can be eaten in any form. I want to offer you the option of baked cabbage. Cheese added to a Bechamel sauce, can be very useful here! Try it!

Cooking
Cauliflower disassemble on inflorescences. Boil in salted water until soft. Drain the water through a colander.
In a saucepan melt butter, add flour, stir constantly with a whisk, pour in the milk. Brought to a boil. Remove from heat and add grated cheese. Mix well.
Put in a separate bowl of boiled cabbage and fill with the cheese sauce. Mix gently.
Cut the mushrooms into thin plates, prepare the bacon. Cook on a dry pan until Golden brown.
Spread the cabbage in the prepared bowl for baking. On top lay the fried bacon and mushrooms. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. Bake in the oven at 180 gr. 40 minutes.
