Risotto with porcini mushrooms
Today is the beginning of lent, and as relevant as ever a hearty meatless meals. Here and cook rice, but without meat and substitute it with mushrooms. Here is not basic white mushrooms if You have frozen boletus or chanterelles - they also are tasty and good. Prepare, and I'm sure Your family will ask You again : "And you can order vegetable pilaf?!"

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    300 g

  • Figure

    250 g

  • Carrots

    200 g

  • Onion

    150 g

  • Vegetable oil

    100 ml

  • Pepper

    1 Tbsp

  • Turmeric

    1 tsp

  • Zira

    1 tsp

  • Pepper white

    1 tsp

  • Garlic

    1 piece

  • Salt

    1 tsp

Cooking

Prepare ingredients: onion cut into half rings, carrot small cubes. Wash rice. Mushrooms thawed and slightly put out.

In a saucepan heat the oil and fry the onion.

Add carrots, stir fry for 3-5 minutes. Add spices.

Put in a saucepan mushrooms, salt. Add the rice. Pour water to 1.5 cm above the content.

Close the lid and cook on low heat. After 10 - 15 minutes, add in garlic cloves. Continue fighting until the rice is tender, another 20-25 minutes. Serve hot, with vegetable salad, canned vegetables. BON APPETIT!!!
