Fragrant and easy fruit cake with coconut and liqueur. Cooked very simply, and if the dough is pre-cooked somewhere else and very fast!

Ingredients

  • Puff pastry

    270 g

  • Peach

    3 piece

  • Almonds

    4 Tbsp

  • Coconut shavings

    5 Tbsp

  • Butter

    1 Tbsp

  • Cream

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Liqueur

    3 Tbsp

  • Flour

    3 tsp

  • Vanilla sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

  • Powdered sugar

  • Dried apricots

    7 piece

Puff pastry roll out and put into a form, greased on cookie sheet; pierce with fork in several places, sprinkle with almonds and coconut.

Peaches peeled, cut into slices, sprinkle with flour; dried apricots cut into pieces; spread on dough.

Sprinkle with coconut flakes.

Cream to shake up with salt, sugar, add eggs and liqueur and whisk everything together.

Pour this creamy mixture of fruit and bake the pie in the lower part of a preheated 180-200°C oven for 20 min.
