Description

Cooking
The milk pour in the vinegar and leave for 20 min. Get buttermilk.
Make the dough for the top layer: mix flour, oil and water. The dough should be very thick, it even out the cake and put into the freezer for 30 minutes.
Onions clean, chop and fry in vegetable oil until soft, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat, allow to cool.
In a dish mix the pancake mix with a simple, add half of fried onions, half of cheese and sliced green onions, a pinch of salt.
Beat egg with the buttermilk and vegetable oil. Add to the batter and mix.
Form to lay a parchment, put into it the dough.
RUB on a grater frozen dough and quickly stir with the remaining onions and cheese.
Spread in an even layer form, the top of the onion batter.
Bake in a preheated 200 degree oven for 35-40 minutes.
