Cooking
Butter gently melt. It should be liquid but not hot. Add sour cream at room temperature, yolks of two eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar, salt, liqueur and fresh yeast. Stir well
Gradually add flour to the mass.
Knead the dough. The amount of flour may have to adjust.
Put the dough to rise in a warm place covered with a lid or foil. Give it up two times.
Mix in a saucepan semolina, poppy seeds and sugar. Pour the milk, stir well.
Put on low fire and cook until thick while stirring about 5 minutes. Cool.
Divide the dough into three parts. Each roll into a rectangle.
Spread on it the filling. To roll the roulade.
Baking tray lay a baking paper. Lay out the rolls and leave to rise. Lubricate the rolls with egg and optionally sprinkle with sugar
Bake at 180 gr. 25-30 minutes. But you better be guided by your oven.
The finished rolls to cool on a wire rack.
