Cooking
To prepare meatballs take wheat flakes, from the "Mistral".
Pour the cereal in boiling water. Water recommend taking less than instructed on the package. 1/2 tbsp. cereal - 2/3 Cup of boiling water. Steamed flakes for 3 minutes.
Allow the cereal to cool slightly. Add finely chopped onion and garlic.
Put salt, curry, eggs, grate half the specified amount of cheese. In order that the cheese did not stick to the grater, I advise inside and outside grease the grater with vegetable oil.
The whole mass is well stirred. Take shape, convenient for baking. I always prefer to take a form in which you can serve the dish on the table, and do batch submission. You can just take a baking sheet and lay a baking paper.
Grease the form of oil. Buckwheat weight make the meatballs and put in the form.
The remaining RUB cheese on a grater, add sour cream, starch powder and sweet paprika.
The entire cheese mass knead well.
From the cheese mass make scones and put them on top of millet meatballs. Put in heated to 180 degrees oven and bake until cheese it will turn brown in about 20 minutes.
Ready-made meatballs served hot, garnish with herbs, I have parsley. Bon appetit!
