Description
For me it was an unusual combination of pork and nori. This dish I've met in different ways in Japanese cooking web sites. The dish was like my whole family.

Cooking
Pork fillet my and cut into thin slices.
Beat each slice, salt and percu to taste.
Grease the prepared horseradish.
Sheet nori, cut into rectangles slightly smaller than the pork slices, put it on the meat.
Turn the meat with nori rolls.
These ruletikom I cook rice "Basmati" white company "Mistral".
The rice in the sachet is immersed in boiling water and cook on slow heat for 12 minutes. Get a bag and give to drain excess water.
Mix the flour with the breadcrumbs.
Roll in flour mixture rolls. Then suggest to hold them together with toothpicks.
Fry the rolls in a well-heated vegetable oil until Golden brown. Finished rolls cut in half crosswise. Served with rice, salad and cherry tomatoes. Bon appétit!
