Chicken curry
India is mostly a vegetarian country, but I still decided to show you a typical Indian dish - chicken curry. It can also cook a Turkey, fish or lamb. Only one type of meat you'll ever see in this fabulous country - beef. Today view and try to cook it yourself a simple, but very tasty, dish.

Ingredients

  • Tomato paste

  • Cream

    4 Tbsp

  • Spices

Chicken fillet cut into pieces, put in bowl, add 1H. L. turmeric diluted in 1st. L. hot water, leave a little marinate, then fry in a pan with a thick bottom until almost cooked.

To heat the butter, put it in 1ch. spoon "garam masala". Garam masala is one of the most popular spices in Indian cuisine. Literally the name translates as "a savory blend of seasonings", but the taste can vary from mild to very sharp. The main components of garam masala – cardamom, cinnamon and cloves. Add a little turmeric and some time to fry these spices. Add chopped onion and fry until tender.

Pour 1.5 cups of water, salt to taste and a little put out 5 minutes.

Grind the almonds and put it in the sauce. There also add the chopped garlic and tomato paste. Cook for 15 minutes.
