Potato leek pancakes with sausages
Yeast fritters with potatoes and onions and milk sausages. A hearty and tasty dish for Breakfast or dinner.

Ingredients

  • Milk

    100 ml

  • Yeast

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Flour

    75 g

  • Potatoes

    2 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Sausage

    2 piece

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Sunflower oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    100 g

Cooking

Heat a little milk and pour it in a bowl, dissolve the yeast in it, add the sugar. Stir.
