Cupcakes with rice and egg
In my house almost always have cooked rice, it at us a second bread. On this basis, I often have something cooking, adding it to unexpected places. The result of today's fantasy - these are the cupcakes. And as always : fast, cheap... and tasty. They are good for a snack, the children, and so to take on a picnic, to buy a company is a godsend. Familiar and favorite flavor in a new light.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    300 g

  • Yogurt

    250 ml

  • Chicken egg

    7 piece

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Leavening agent

    1 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    60 ml

  • Figure

    0.5 cup

  • Green onions

    1 coup

  • Dill

    0.5 coup

  • Pepper white

    1 tsp

  • Sesame

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Pre-boil the rice I always use rice from TM "Mistral", "KUBAN white short-grain or long-grain white ORIENT", it we will need 1 Cup. Cook 4 hard-boiled eggs.

Prepare the stuffing : rice, chopped boiled eggs, green onion, dill. Add salt, 2 tbsp vegetable oil. Mix well.

To turn on the oven, heat to 180 degrees. In the meantime, in the bowl of mixer mix on medium speed ( you can whisk) yogurt, egg whites, salt, vegetable oil.

Mix the flour and baking powder, sift. Add to kefir weight of the dry mixture and the filling, add white pepper, stir until smooth.

Put the dough into molds, to priporoshit sesame seeds and bake at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
