Cooking
Beat the eggs with sugar into a lush foam.
The sugar I used "Mistral".
Pour the cream with milk. Make foam.
To remove the zest from the orange without touching the white layer (otherwise it will taste bitter). Add to the dough.
Sift the flour with the baking powder, add to the liquid mass and
mix well. Put the dough and place in a pre heated oven at 180 C for 30-40 minutes. My shape is rectangular 22х8см, height 5-6cm.
The finished cake to cool and decorate!
