Cooking
In a bowl, combine the eggs and sugar.
Add the vegetable oil, mix well.
Add the cherries, mix well. On top of sift flour, add salt, soda, stir. Gradually add the remaining flour, mix until smooth.
The batter should be like thick cream. Leave the dough at room temperature for 30 minutes.
Molds fill with dough to 3/4 height. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 20-25 minutes. Readiness check wooden stick.
