Cooking
Our products. Onion finely chop and sauté in 1st. spoon of butter + a pinch of sugar.
Boil the pasta. Cheese to grate. 1/3 cheese mix with pasta.
Boil the cream with milk. Turn off the heat, add the remaining cheese to melt. You can substitute a mixture of: milk + egg + pepper (not heated).
Pepper.
Spread macaroni and cheese in greased baking dish. Pour creamy branzov mixture and spread on top of toasted onion. Bake at 180°C for about 10 minutes.
Let cool slightly and cut open.
