Description

Тortilla - Spanish omelette
It seems to me, the most popular Spanish appetizer. The original recipe does not contain zucchini, only potatoes, onions and eggs. And mostly, they make scrambled eggs from what is at hand (so, adding the zucchini, for some scrambled eggs I didn't spoil:)), and be sure to fry both sides. This is a simple, hearty, inexpensive dish, I think many will like.
