Vegetable pie
Very delicate pie with zucchini, potatoes, cheese and herbs. When I did the first time at trial, did not know that will turn out so delicious and tender. Even my son, who is in the mouth does not take squash, pie was eating for both cheeks:) Try it and You, dear Cooks! Well, very tasty!

Ingredients

  • Zucchini

    800 g

  • Potatoes

    0.5 kg

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Bread crumbs

    50 g

  • Greens

    1 coup

  • Vegetable oil

  • Nutmeg

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

All the vegetables clean. Potatoes cut into cubes, boil in salted water.

The water is drained, mash the potatoes into a puree. Beat with a mixer to get a fluffy mass. Leave to cool.

Zucchini cut into slices.

Onion and garlic finely chop.

Whisk eggs, cheese grate.

In a skillet heat the oil and over high heat fry onion, garlic and zucchini. After frying sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.

In the cooled mashed potatoes add the ground nutmeg,beaten eggs, 40 g breadcrumbs,finely chopped herbs,cheese.All carefully mix.

Combine with the zucchini and mix again.

Coat the baking pan with baking paper. We post our weight ,give a spoonful of cake,top with remaining crackers,sbryzgivaem oil. Put the pie in the oven. Bake 40 minutes at 200 degrees.
