Soufflé of zucchini
A very delicate dish of zucchini.

Ingredients

  • Zucchini

    4 piece

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Dry white wine

    2 Tbsp

  • Ricotta

    3 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    4 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Grind zucchini in a blender or grate.

Add both to the zucchini cheese (one tablespoon of cheese to leave for topping), wine, flour, salt, pepper and beaten eggs. Mix thoroughly.

Molds grease with vegetable oil, put them in the squash mixture, bake in the oven at a temperature of 190 gr. for about 40 minutes. To form a beautiful crust.
