Pork roast with onions and potatoes
A delicious dish with tender pork, which is suitable for both family dining and for entertaining :)

Ingredients

  • Pork

    1 kg

  • Potatoes

    1 kg

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Bread crumbs

    3 Tbsp

  • Dry red wine

    250 ml

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil

  • Flour

Cooking

Pork cut into small pieces, season with salt and pepper

Roll in flour

Fry in a pan on both sides until browned

To shift the pork in a bowl for baking (you can use a baking dish or deep baking pan)

Peel the onion, finely chop and add to the meat

Potatoes, peel and coarsely chop

Add to meat and stir

Pour the wine, cover and send to 60 minutes in a preheated 180 degree oven

Cheese to grate on a coarse grater, mix with breadcrumbs, sprinkle this mixture into the pork. Then put our dish for another 30 minutes in the oven but without the lid.
