Rings with vanilla cream and berries
Delicate vanilla cream with raspberries in rings of airy choux pastry. (the berries can be any at Your discretion) What could be tastier... Try it and You!!!

Ingredients

  • Water

    200 ml

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Butter

    125 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    4 g

  • Flour

    230 g

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Yolk egg

    4 piece

  • Milk

    500 ml

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Raspberry

    200 g

  • Powdered sugar

For the choux pastry to combine the water, salt, butter and vanilla sugar and bring to a boil. Pour the flour at once and stir until then,until it forms a lump.Cool slightly and drive balls. Mix thoroughly.

The oven heated to 200 degrees. Put the dough in a pastry bag and squeeze on a baking sheet rings with a diameter of about 5 cm Bake for about 15-20 minutes, then cool.

For the cream: in milk add vanilla sugar and bring to a boil.

Beat the yolks with sugar, add flour and salt.

The boiling milk, mix with egg cream, mix and again bring to a boil over low heat. Cool.

Rings are ready to fill the cream, the cream put three berries raspberries and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Enjoy your tea!!!!
