Meatballs with pineapple

Ingredients

  • Pork

    500 g

  • Pineapple

  • Bread crumbs

  • Pepper

  • Syrup pineapple

    100 ml

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Sesame

    2 Tbsp

  • Spices

  • Salt

The meat with one onion grind in a meat grinder. Pineapple grate on a coarse grater. In the beef add the pineapple, breadcrumbs, egg, spices and salt. Mix well and leave for 15 minutes.
