Delicious very long shelf life in a sealed container, it becomes all the tastier. The dough is tender, crumbly, with a wonderful flavor.

Cooking
Cut the prunes are smaller, mix with nuts. Pour brandy and leave for a few hours (depending on how prunes are dry; if necessary, wine and more! cupcake, obviously, not for children).
Butter room temperature, beat with sugar. Add eggs one at a time (while continuing to whisk continuously!).
Mix the flour with soda. In prunes and nuts pour in the cream. Mix all together. Spread in a greased form.
Bake in not very hot oven for 60-70 min. sprinkle Top with icing sugar.
