Description
Another masterpiece of Turkish cooking - burgers "Kad nbudu", which literally translates as "Women's thighs". Very unusual name, however, like cooking. It seems to be part of them simple, but the taste is unusual. Due to the spices they are pleasantly spicy, and due to frying in batter remain juicy and tender. Come on in - I'll treat!

Cooking
Finely chop the onion and fry in butter until soft. Add half of the minced meat and stir, fry until evaporation of the liquid. Remove from heat and cool.
Boil the rice until tender, drain in a colander, rinse and let the water drain off. Mix fried minced meat with raw meat and boiled rice. Add 1 egg, knead. Season with salt and pepper, add cumin and thyme to taste.
A good knead and put the stuffing in the fridge for 1 hour to steep and become more pliable to work with.
Divide the meat into equal pieces, and then from chilled meat to form the same oval patties.
The remaining 2 eggs beat with a fork and a little salt. In a separate bowl pour the flour for breading. Burgers breaded in flour, then dip in beaten egg. Repeat the breading again.
Fry in a pan in a well-heated oil on both sides until Golden brown, a little Prilukov them.
Serve immediately warm, though cold they are also delicious!
