Krcic
This dish of Armenian cuisine. The recipe caught on Ineta. Decided to try out. Turned out the soup (thick consistency) sweet and spicy taste.

Ingredients

  • Cabbage

    500 g

  • Onion

    3 piece

  • Potatoes

    4 piece

  • Tomato paste

    2 Tbsp

  • Melted butter

    3 Tbsp

  • Wheat groats

    5 Tbsp

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    0.4 tsp

  • Tarragon

    1 Tbsp

  • Greens

Cooking

In a saucepan pour 0.5 liters of water, put the cabbage, Bay leaf, spices and cook on low heat until cabbage is tender.

Onion cut into cubes and fry in butter until Golden brown. Add the tomato paste and to extinguish all together.

In another pan put the diced potatoes and wheat. Pour 1 liter of water and cook on low heat until cooked potatoes and cereals.

When cooked cabbage and potatoes with barley, mix everything together.

Add fried onions and tomato. Salt, pepper,

Chop fresh herbs, add to the soup.
