Description
This luxurious cake thick chocolate filling and a crumbly base made of biscuit. If you believe Gordon Ramsay, its the name of the cake was for a structure reminiscent of the muddy Mississippi river. In my case, a cake dedicated to started our renovation, and its name reflects what is happening at home!

Cooking
Prepare pie shell: crispy cookies (I took the jubilee) to break, put in a blender and grind very finely.

Prepare the cream: in a water bath to melt 180 grams. chocolate and 180 grams. butter.
Will beat into a soft mousse, the eggs with sugar, add cream, again beat into a soft mousse and you'll enter chocolate-creamy mass.
Will whisk until thick peaks (about 5 minutes).
On our basis we spread the cream, pour the remains of chocolate-creamy mass and send in a preheated 180 degree oven for 40 minutes.
Ready pie to cool on a wire rack.
Garnish with whipped cream. I had purchased a jar of cream, but if not, then you can beat the 100 ml cold cream 33% fat 2-3 tablespoons of powdered sugar, put in a pastry bag and decorate the cake.
I could not wait until the cake is completely cool, so the cream I have a little spread out, but the taste is not affected.
