Squash casserole with sausages
Gentle casserole with smoked taste and aroma will warm you in cool autumn day.

Ingredients

  • Zucchini

    2 piece

  • Sausages

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Oat flakes

    3 Tbsp

  • Cream

    3 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

  • Cherry tomatoes

  • Greens

  • Black pepper

  • Paprika sweet

  • Salt

  • Olive oil

  • Flour

For casseroles take Oat flakes "Extra" from TM Mistral and the young, small zucchini. Preheat the oven t 190-205 degrees, in a baking dish and brush with olive oil.

Peeled zucchini RUB on a small grater, add a pinch of salt. All mix and leave for 5-10 minutes. Next, press the squash through a sieve.

Hunting sausages cut into thin slices, cheese RUB on a small grater. In a bowl mix cheese with cream until uniform, smooth consistency. Greens finely chop.

In depressed zucchini add oatmeal, cottage cheese, egg, half of chopped herbs. Mix everything. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. For a more smoked flavor I added a little smoked paprika. If the mass is too liquid, add 1-2 tablespoons of flour and again mix everything.

In a greased form put half of the pumpkin pulp, half of the grated cheese evenly and sliced sausage.

Next, spread the remaining vegetable mass remaining cheese. Cherry tomatoes cut in half and decorate the future of the casserole.

Bake in preheated oven for 20-30 minutes or until Golden brown.

Get ready the casserole from the oven and leave in the form for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining herbs and serve.
