Dietary fish and chips
Fish and chips (Fish and chips) is a traditional English fast food. Usually it's deep fried fish in breadcrumbs and French fries. I want to offer you a diet version of this popular dish. It turns out very light and tasty snack.

Ingredients

  • Fish

    150 g

  • Potatoes

  • Beets

    0.5 piece

  • Zucchini

    0.5 piece

  • Daikon

    0.5 piece

  • Flakes cereal

    50 g

  • Savory

    3 piece

  • Basil

    3 piece

  • Oregano

    3 piece

  • Salt

    1 piece

  • Black pepper

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Flour

    3 Tbsp

Cooking

Vegetables should wash and leave unpeeled. You can use only potato or any other vegetables. For example, parsnips, carrots, etc.

Chop the vegetables into thin slices.

In a separate bowl mix all vegetables except beets (not to paint them). Salt, pepper, add dried herbs and vegetable oil. Carefully stir. The same make with the beets in a separate bowl.

Fish use any white. I took the tilapia, you can substitute cod, sea bass, pike perch, and so on. Fish cut into strips or slices as you prefer. Salt, pepper and grease with vegetable oil.
