The baked chicken cacciatori with red-wine butter
The chicken is always delicious! And prepared according to this recipe, it turns out rosy, unusually juicy, with a unique spicy flavor. And all this gives her a red-wine butter that the chicken is rubbed and marinated. A simplified version of the famous recipe!

Ingredients

  • Chicken

  • Tomato paste

    2 Tbsp

  • Semi-dry red wine

    1 cup

  • Thyme

    5 piece

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Basil

    3 piece

  • Salt

  • Butter

Boil down the wine to two tablespoons, remove from heat, add the tomato paste, leaves 1 thyme sprigs, butter and a pinch of salt. Cool slightly.

With fingers gently separate skin of chicken from the carcass in the area of the breast and the thighs. Distribute 3/4 of all the wine-oil mixture under the skin. Inside the chicken put the thyme, Basil and garlic.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake for about 1 hour, removing excess marinade. The skin is not burnt, cover the top with foil.
