Cooking

step-0
This cake just becomes magically delicious on the second day. If we can endure :-) so let's get started: RUB on a coarse grater sweet and juicy carrot, mix it with brandy, sealable container with cling film or an airtight lid. Carrots should be "drunk" as it should, it takes about an hour. The process will go faster if cognac pre-warm a bit
step-1
Brown sugar whisk the eggs and honey, add vanilla and cinnamon
step-2
Add to the egg mixture the melted butter and cream, stir gently
step-3
Gradually enter the sifted (for lightness) flour. Last add a "secret" component - a mixture of equal portions of citric acid, soda and flour - baking powder, a leavening agent. Liked it so much purchased baking powder no longer find in stores :-)
step-4
Cover the dough with cling film and leave to "gain strength" - about 15-20 minutes. See for yourself, it will become porous, "easy".
step-5
Introduced into the dough, mix gently, "drunken carrots". Take a small mould (I have about 20Х8 cm), greased, put the dough and send the form in a hot oven. Bake the cake until dry toothpick and overall ruddy appearance.
step-6
It turns out to be red-haired twink is very life-affirming tone. Would be awesome if you cover it with a towel and let him "think" until the next Sunny morning. "Ripe" cupcake is simply amazing! I tried it only twice, the mother :-[. We usually deal with it immediately, barely having time to cool down. Boca cupcakes can be lubricated with glaze or melted chocolate top sprinkled with powdered sugar.
