Cooking
To prepare the dough. Mix 350 g flour, 20 g yeast 200 ml of warm water. Leave in a warm place for 30-40 minutes. If the yeast is dry, then to take them three times less. And you can still focus on the information on the packet, it says, what amount of yeast for how much flour.

Knead the dough well. Cover with a towel. Allow to rise in a warm place for 20-30 minutes.
Roll out the dough 5 mm thick. sprinkle with melted butter. Fold in half and again sprinkle with oil. Repeat the operation 2-3 times.
Roll out the dough. Evenly sprinkle with filling and roll in roll.
