Cooking
The herring to cut and soak in cold water.
Boil water, add chopped carrot sticks, onion, pepper, Bay leaf and vinegar. Cool.
To remove milk film, grind and fill with vegetable oil, add the marinade.
In the middle of the fillet to put the cucumber.
Roll and stab with a toothpick. Rolls put in a jar. Pour the marinade. Close the jar with parchment and put in the fridge for 6 days.
