Crispy tart with vegetables and shrimp
Juicy,tender,spicy cake with a crispy rye bread.Who liked my pie with cheese,herbs and bacon http://www.povarenok.ru/recipes/show/20889/ suggest to try this as an unusual pie.Time to cook takes a bit,and the result,I hope,will not leave indifferent.

Ingredients

  • Tomato

    3 piece

  • Green onions

    1 coup

  • Sweet pepper

    2 piece

  • Shrimp

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Sour cream

    150 g

  • Dill

    1 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 tsp

  • Bread

    8 slice

  • Cheese

    4 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Wash and peel the vegetables.Cut tomatoes in cubes,sweet peppers strips.

Green onion-rings.

Wash and dry shrimp.To heat the oil,fry it the prawns and remove.

Saute the vegetables in the fat from frying.

Beat the eggs with sour cream,salt and pepper.Mix in the chopped dill.Mix with the vegetables and shrimp.Season with salt,pepper and lemon juice.

Preheat the oven to 200C.Crisp bread for the base cake I used rye,but it's a matter of taste.

Put 4-6 of crispbread in a baking dish,greased with vegetable oil.Easier,of course,if it is NOT round,because the round I had to break bread in the shape of a circle.
