Chocolate-wine cake
Tasty, tender muffin. Chocolate dough and chocolate chips inside. Red wine

Ingredients

  • Butter

    200 g

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Flour

    1.75 cup

  • Leavening agent

    2 tsp

  • Dry red wine

    50 ml

  • Cognac

    2 Tbsp

  • Cocoa powder

    3 Tbsp

  • Chocolate milk

    100 g

Beat butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time, continuing to whisk. Pour in the cognac.

Mix flour, baking powder and cocoa powder.

In turn is mixed into the butter-egg mixture the flour with cocoa and pour red wine (a couple of tablespoons of the dry mixture – a little wine, and so until, until the end of both). Turns out tender, soft dough.

Break the chocolate pieces smaller.

And add in the dough pieces of chocolate, stir. Spread in a greased form, put in oven (175 deg.). Bake for about 1 hour. First, let a little cool in the form, and then take out.
