I love cherries and have made the roll, which added the cherry in three different combinations.

Cooking
The batter on the biscuit do in the simplest way.
Cold beat with a mixer eggs, add sugar, continue whisking,
Add the sifted flour and baking powder, mix thoroughly.
Pour on a baking tray covered with baking paper. Put in oven heated to 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
Meanwhile (and preferably sooner), heated 1 minute in the microwave the cherries, discarding juice, dilute the juice with warm boiled water to 100 ml, poured gelatin and leave for 20 minutes to swell.
Gelatin heated (but not boiled) to dissolve, add sugar and leave to harden.
Take out the cake from the oven, separate the paper, turn the same paper into a roll and leave to cool.
Frozen jelly cut into pieces.
An expandable sponge cake, coat of cherry jam, put the jelly and cherries.
Whisk the cream with sugar.
Covered by our "cherry madness" whipped cream, turn into a roll. Put the remaining cherries, jelly and cream is also covered.
