Pasties with tilapia
Juicy, tasty fish filling in a crispy tender crust. Very quick and easy version of the fish pasties.

Ingredients

  • Tilapia

    4 piece

  • Flour

    300 g

  • Water

    200 ml

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Greens

  • Lemon juice

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Fish wash, dry.

Finely chopped herbs.

Into flour and added an egg and 1/2 tsp of salt, then hot water in 3 divided doses, after each water flour mixture is mixed.
