Into flour and added an egg and 1/2 tsp of salt, then hot water in 3 divided doses, after each water flour mixture is mixed.
The dough is knead, knead.
Divide into equal parts. Every part of velvety.
A piece of the telapias gate is placed on the rolled out dough, add salt, pepper, add chopped greens.
On top of all sprinkle with lemon juice and cover with the dough. Well zasiyaet region.
Fry the pasties in hot oil on both sides for 3-4minuty, until Golden brown. Bon appetit!!!
