Cheese casserole with corn
Delicious and quick to prepare dish with a bright corn flavor!!!

Ingredients

  • Corn

    400 g

  • Chicken egg

    5 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Milk

    150 ml

  • Butter

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Flour

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Salt

In a saucepan, melt the butter and fry it in flour 1 minute, stirring occasionally. Pour in the milk, bring to boil and remove from heat. Separate the yolks from the whites.

The yolks one by one into the milk mass, mix well.

Add to milk mixture, corn, garlic (grated on a fine grater), salt, mix well.

Add half of cheese (grated on a coarse grater), mix well.

Proteins vzbit in a solid foam.

Enter the beaten egg whites into the mass and mix gently. Put into molds, sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake 50 minutes at 180 degrees. Bon appetit!!!
